To become a member in SAPAC-TN, you have to register your personal details in this registration form. The registration shall be limited to small animal veterinary practitioners registered with Veterinary Council of India.

Register your personal details Name, DOB, Email, Mobile with Aadhar, VCI registration number and photo. Register here.

Approval

After successfull registration, details will go for zonal in-charge approval. Please contact your zonal in-charge for approval.

Payment

You will be notified with payment link after Zonal in-charge approval. Once the payment is success you will become member in SAPAC-TN.

Standing Membership

Standing membership is limited to the period of three years by paying Rs.3000/- or as decided by the general body. The Executive committee has the power to reject any application without assigning any reason for such rejection.

The members are entitled to all the benefits of society during the membership benefits of society during the membership period except voting and contesting the elections till they reach the eligibility. The cumulative tenures of standing members in SAPAC-TN shall be considered for seniority in benefits.

Life Membership

The standing member with two tenures of membership shall pay Rs.10000/- or as decided by general body, after getting approval from the executive committee of the society. Life members of SAPAC shall be considered for seniority benefits.

Corporate Membership

Membership is awarded to veterinarians working in industries by paying Rs.5000/- for the tenure of 3 years or as decided by General Body after getting approval from EC of the society. Such members shall not have any voting right in the society and shall not be eligible to hold any post in the Executive Committee.

Affiliated Membership

Practicing Veterinarians from states and union territories other than TN and Puducherry shall become affiliated members by paying Rs.3000/-for a period of 3 years or as decided by general body, such members do not have voting or contesting rights.

Duties of the Members

  1. Attend minimum 50% of CE programs conducted during their tenure to retaintheir membership for subsequent renewal.
  2. Give necessary information to the association pertaining to any matter which is necessary to be known by the association.
  3. Not indulge in activities which are prejudicial to the Aims/OCbjectives and/or the Rules and Regulations of the association.

Termination of Membership

  • A standing member will be a member for the period covered (i.e. 3 years) by the subscription and shall cease to he a member if he fails to pay the membership fee within a period of 3 months after the expiry of the tenure without any reasonable cause. Such a member, however, may be admitted again on a written request and on payment of all arrears. A readmission charge of Rs 1000/- shall be levied from such members.
  • Any member who indulges in any activities which are prejudicial to the interests of the association or are contrary to the aims and objects of the Association may be expelled from membership of theAssociation. The Executive Committee shall have the power to expel any such member by passing a resolution in the executive committee meeting and seek approval in general body.
  • The concerned member against whom the action is to be taken shall be given notice of not less than seven days before the said Executive Commitiee meeting. Such member is given an opportunity for his/her defence at the Executive committee meeting. The membership fee shall not be refunded. No claims of any kind shall be entertained.
